About My Plushies
Every one of my plushies is handmade by me with lots of love and attention to detail. To me, they are more than just cuddly toys – each one is a little labor of love, filled with time, patience, and passion.
I want every plushie to have its own unique personality and to feel just as special as the character or creature that inspired me in the first place.
Please note: My plushies are collector's items and are not intended to be used as toys. They are not suitable for children under 14 years of age.
Materials & Craftsmanship
I use wonderfully soft Minky fabrics and a variety of high-quality faux fur fabrics for my plushies. They are incredibly soft and fluffy, making them perfect for cuddling.
Many of the little details – such as eyes, facial features, and other elements – are embroidered using my embroidery machine. For certain designs, alternative options may also be available upon request.
My plushies are filled with soft stuffing. A small amount of weighted granules is added to their feet to help them stand nicely on their own.
Most of my plushies also feature my personal logo embroidered underneath one foot or on their belly – a little signature showing that this piece was lovingly handmade by me.

The prices below are meant as a general guideline. The final price may vary depending on the character, size, materials, details, and amount of work involved.

Payment
Before I begin working on your custom order, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining 50% is due once your plushie is finished.
Payment in installments is also possible. If you'd like to use this option, simply get in touch with me – we'll find a solution that works for you.
Your finished plushie will be lovingly packed and sent on its journey to you once the full payment has been received.

Custom Orders & Production Time
Every custom order is unique – and that's why production times can vary quite a bit.
Some plushies can be completed within just a few days, while particularly detailed or complex projects may take several months. The time needed depends on the size, details, materials, and overall amount of work involved.
During the making process, I usually love sharing little glimpses behind the scenes on my social media.
If your plushie is meant to be a surprise or a gift, however, please let me know beforehand. I'll happily keep the creation process a secret.
Returns & Refunds
Custom Orders
Custom-made plushies are created specifically for you and are therefore generally not eligible for returns.
Once I have started working on your order or have begun creating something specifically for you, a refund is no longer possible.
If you're unsure about anything, please feel free to ask me beforehand – I'm always happy to help.
Ready-Made Products
If you purchase a finished, ready-made product, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
If you would like to return your plushie, please contact me via email at Varonya@web.de.
You can also find a sample withdrawal form on my website.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please make sure to package your plushie carefully and use a shipping service with tracking.
Once the plushie has arrived back with me undamaged and in good condition, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
Please keep your shipping receipt until the return has been fully processed.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order after making a partial payment, a refund may be possible under certain circumstances.
This depends on whether I have already started working on your order, purchased materials specifically for it, or completed other work related to your project.
If your plans change or something unexpected comes up, please just get in touch with me. We'll see what solution we can find together.
Shipping & Delivery Times
Once your plushie is finished and fully paid for, I'll prepare it for its journey to you as quickly as possible. ✨
I generally ship my plushies via DHL with tracking. You will receive the tracking number or tracking link once your package has been shipped.
Would you prefer a different shipping provider? No problem – just let me know beforehand so we can discuss the options.

If I drop your package off at the post office in the morning, it sometimes arrives as early as the next day.
🇪🇺 European Union
Approx. 2–10 business days
🌎 Worldwide
Approx. 4–14 business days
Please keep in mind that international shipments may be delayed due to customs processing or other circumstances beyond my control.
Customs Outside the EU
For shipments outside the European Union, additional costs may apply, such as import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges.
These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Your Custom Order – Characters & References
Have a specific character or creature in mind? I'd love to hear about it!
To help me bring your idea to life as accurately as possible, please send me a clear description and, if possible, a good reference image.
If you're using several reference images, please let me know exactly which elements you'd like me to take from each image. This helps me understand your vision as clearly as possible.
Please also keep in mind that colors can appear slightly different on different screens, and not every color is always available as a fabric.
I'll always do my best to find the closest possible colors and materials for your little friend.
My Style & Artistic Freedom
Every one of my plushies carries a little piece of my own artistic style.
Of course, I will always do my very best to bring your wishes and ideas to life as lovingly and accurately as possible. At the same time, it's important to me that my personal style remains part of my work.
By commissioning a plushie from me, you acknowledge that the finished piece will reflect my own artistic style and interpretation.
If you're unsure whether my style is right for your vision, I recommend taking a look at my previous work before placing an order.
Changes can be made free of charge as long as I have not yet started working on your plushie.
Once work has begun, additional changes may incur an extra charge. The amount will depend on how far along the project is and how much additional work is required.
If anything about your order is unclear to me, I will always contact you and ask before making assumptions. 💌
Care & Cleaning
To keep your plushie looking soft, fluffy, and lovely for as long as possible, it needs a little gentle care and attention.
Please do not put your plushie in the washing machine!
For cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth and, if needed, a small amount of mild soap or detergent.
Please do not use soap or detergent directly on embroidered areas.
If the fur becomes a little flat over time, you can gently fluff it up again using a soft toothbrush or a cat brush.
Just remember: be gentle and take your time – your little plushie deserves some tender loving care.
